So when people are doing research the odds grow every day that they will find a social media site like a blog post in their travels.

Seriously, give people something to link to. If you drop Flash and start building sites in a way that people can link back to the site more frequently and specifically the official site will get a lot more incoming links. Then people are more likely to link back to the site and then, when searchers come across those posts, they’ll be pointed there as well.

Making your site social media friendly involves a major shift in mindsets among corporate types because it means dropping what Geoff Livingston calls the brochure sensibility. That’s tough but I swear to you if you try it you’ll find it pays long-lasting dividends. Fluctuation for Website Google Page Rank - Google PR Fluctuation

Since last couple weeks i did notice Google PR were increasing for most of my websites and web pages.

I found major PR update on 31st Dec. 2008 Last year, but what i found on 15th Jan. 2009, many web pages of my website has lost PR and other pages has got the PR.

Do you feel the same problem of PR fluctuation in your website?

Did you noticed any major or little change in your website or web pages PR on 14th or 15th Jan.2008

I really don't know what Google experimenting with Page Rank Algorithm?

There are two possibilities i can see for this PR fluctuation.

1) To improve link building efforts in other words to give more importance for website search engine optimization the strongest reason is Google is updating back links for web pages at each 15 days of interval

or
2) To remove Google Page Rank Algorithm in other words to kill current SERP Ranking Strategy and may want to launch a new strategy with the time
